PETROLEUM STORAGE: SUPPLY HUB
With its important storage capacities for refined products, the terminal acts as a hub for regional and international supply.
The tanks are situated on a 45 hectares site and are dedicated to two main activities:
- ONSHORE STORAGE
- OFFSHORE STORAGE
The facility complies with international standards, and is equipped with high-level safety, surveillance, fire-prevention and fire-fighting systems.

ONSHORE STORAGE
- With its 22 tanks representing 110 000 m3, the terminal can handle 100% of the petroleum product supply to the Madagascar market. We offer to our clients the flexibility of storing refined products (Mogas, DPK, JetA1, Gasoil and Fueloil). This is equivalent to two months of local consumptions.
- A continued investment programme enables a terrestrial loading potential of 2000 m3 per day and the day to day running is supported by latest technological solutions.

OFF SHORE STORAGE
- The 6 tanks representing a total capacity of 150 000 m3 are dedicated to offshore activities and enable the reception, storage, and export of petroleum products. Blending and thorough testing facilities are also available

These offshore activities have a preferential treatment and are not subject to import taxes and custom duties

- The site has a state of the art laboratory, with the latest equipment and trained personnel so as to ensure the quality of products during their passage in Galana facilities.
